Bismuth Monoselenide (BiSe) — Monolayer Dispersion

High-Quality Solution-Processed BiSe for Infrared, Optoelectronic & 2D Device Applications

Molybdenum Disulfide Monolayer Dispersion

Monolayer Dispersion Overview

We supply monolayer and few-layer BiSe nanosheet dispersions produced via optimized liquid-phase exfoliation. The dispersion provides uniform nanosheet thickness, stable colloidal behaviour, and excellent optical/electronic properties suitable for thin-film deposition, photonic devices, and emerging topological/2D semiconductor applications.

Key Features:

  • Monolayer-enriched nanosheets: Thickness confirmed by AFM/Raman.
  • Stable dispersions: Available in NMP, IPA, ethanol, or DI-water (surfactant-assisted).
  • Process-ready: Ideal for spin-coating, spray coating, drop-casting & printed device fabrication.
  • Infrared/semiconducting properties: Thickness-dependent bandgap ~ 1.0–1.2 eV.
